الحمدالله رب العلمین و العاقبة للمتقین و الصلاة و السلام علی اشرف المرسلین سیدنا محمد و علی آله و اصحابه و من تبعهم باحسان الی یوم الدین,و بعد: 

Our vision is to work for the scientific improvement and capacity building of the young generation of the society, making efforts to strengthen peace and stability, attracting staff and employing qualified people, fascilitating scientific researches, circulating compilation and translation,   Making good use of  technical and professional people in all aspects of the society. training students in Islamic moral and spirit, creating working capacities, making tireless efforts in the development and service of the country in cooperation with higher education institutes and  performing services in building the country.
